In celebration of Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month in May, the Conrad Sulzer Regional Branch is having a special book discussion of Aravind Adiga’s dark comedy of India, The White Tiger. The novel tells the tale of Balram Halwai, who brutally makes a success of himself in the starkly contrasting world of modern India. Copies are available at the Second Floor Reference Desk.
