Zagat is reporting Charlies Ale House in Andersonville is closed for good. A new restaurant, Acre, under the old management company is scheduled to open October 12, according to the report at the location: 5308 N Clark St.
“The owners promise to keep the same relaxed atmosphere of the old favorite, so expect more changes to the cuisine than the décor.” Zagat says. The new Acre will be led by Chef Carlos Ysaguirre.
