From Ald. Mell’s Office: Contractors working on the 4400 to 4500 block of North Troy broke a water main for the second time necessitating a shut-off of the water supply in a wider area that these two blocks.
City inspections and crews are on enroute. At this time there is no estimate for restoring service. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
