Edgewater Redevelopment Plans Revealed

A developer has revealed plans to build a new 13-story tower containing 214 units at the site of the Edgewater Medical Center, north of Andersonville.

TIF would be used to raze the site of the current hospital, according to a report in Curbed Chicago.

Curbed reports neighbors expressed opposition to the plan.
