Ravenswood neighbor and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel will be a feature in the day-to-day lives of neighbors. Seeking privacy for his family and yet allowing them to enjoy ‘normal’ lives, a Crain’s Chicago Business article forecasts running into the mayor around the neighborhood.
“Amy (Rule) wants to live as normal a family life as possible,” a family friend told Crain’s.
The article projects that Emanuel, at 51, will be a more visible part of the lives of normal citizens. He is, according to the piece, a man who as comfortable with having a beer at the Bad Apple as enjoying a performance of the Joffrey Ballet.
