Lakeshore Analytics, a site that tracks real estate, says there was a 33 percent increase in home prices in the North Center neighborhood in 2011.
“The neighborhood saw a spike in sales in the third quarter, which calmed down in the fourth quarter; however, high selling prices continued through the end of the year,” the site says.
